BULK BILLING MRI for the initial staging of rectal cancer (Including cancer of the recto sigmoid & anorectum) referred by a specialist or consultant physician (payable on one occasion only).

BULK BILLING MRI for carcinoma of the cervix, referred by a specialist or consultant physician (payable on one occasion only).

The request must identify:

1. A histological diagnosis of carcinoma  of the cervix has been made AND

2. Patient has been diagnosed with cervical cancer at FIGO stage 1B or greater.
